Do I need to create an account or login to purchase? Or can I contact you to purchase instead?
No, you do not need to create an account or login at all. You will be prompt to enter your details such as name and address during checkout for delivery purpose only. You can even message (WhatsApp/SMS) our sales representative to place an order without going online. However, payment (through direct bank transfer) has to be made before we can proceed with the order.
Is there a minimum purchase required?
Nope! No amount is too little for us to serve you. We strive to provide you with the best prices, quality and services regardless of the amount of purchase.
Are there any hidden costs or additional charges?
Definitely No! The prices you see on our website are nett in Singapore dollars (SGD) and there are no hidden costs (e.g. GST, service charge, warranty fee, etc.) on checkout. The only charges that you may incur will be for home delivery (for purchase $300 and below except for any free delivery item such as digital lock, door closer or viewer, and Sleepy Night's products).
What currency is shown or used in your website?
The currency shown and used in our website is Singapore dollars (SGD).
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept several payment modes, e.g. Direct Bank Transfer (2% Cash Rebate; via our OCBC Current Account), Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard), PayPal, or even $0 payment till work completion for any digital lock, door closer or viewer. Payment of the remaining balance upon delivery will be cash-on-delivery only.

For Credit Card Payment
Although through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account. Simply follow the checkout process and at the PayPal login page, you just need to fill in your particulars under Pay with my credit or debit card.
How and when can I receive the 2% Cash Rebate when I pay through Direct Bank Transfer?
You can either directly transfer 2% off the final checkout price to us, e.g. for a $100 total cost you transfer $98 only; or else we will rebate to you in cash upon delivery, or bank transfer, or whichever method convenient for us within a few working days to no longer than a week. However, rebate is not applicable to all digital locks, door closers and viewers, or any installation charge by distributor or third party installer. Just for your information, for digital locks, door closers and viewers you can simply choose to pay by the $0 Payment till Work Completion option during checkout. This is to assure our customers that everything works before they pay. Customers are our first priority.
What if there is a particular product of a brand that you carry but I am unable to find it on your website?
Yes there are some items that we sell but have not uploaded to our online store. Do not hesitate to contact us. Our friendly staff will check and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I change or cancel my item after placing an order?
Yes if the item has not been discharged from our warehouse or supplier. Contact us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do for you. We will refund you in full payment for any successful cancellation.
What are the delivery options and charges for orders from the Online Shop?
There are three options.

1) Free delivery service to your doorstep within Singapore for purchase (excludes delivery fee) above SGD$300, or for any free delivery item such as digital lock, door closer, door viewer, or Sleepy Night's product.

2) SGD$9.90 delivery charge to deliver to your doorstep within Singapore for purchase of SGD$300 (excludes delivery fee) and below except for free delivery items such as digital locks, door closers, door viewers, and Sleepy Night's products.

3) Free for self-collection at Punggol MRT's taxi stand (short walk from Exit C) or Paya Lebar MRT's taxi stand (short walk from Exit A). Our staff will arrange a suitable day and time slot with you. Name and mobile number are required for verification. Some large or heavy items are not applicable for self-collection which will be stated clearly on the page itself.

* Please take note that we do not deliver to restricted zones (e.g. Jurong Island). For Sentosa, there will be an additional SGD$10-50 charge depending on the item.
How long will delivery take and will I be notified?
It really depends on our available stock and the schedules of our friendly delivery staff or installers which could be tight at times. It usually will take 2-7 working days. We will contact you 1-2 days before delivery to arrange a suitable day and time slot with you and contact you again during the day of delivery to ensure your availability. For self-collection, it will be at Punggol MRT's taxi stand (short walk from Exit C) or Paya Lebar MRT's taxi stand (short walk from Exit A). Our staff will arrange a suitable day and time slot with you.
Do you work or deliver on Weekends or Public holidays?
Yes but it also depends on our staff availability. Our staff are committed to work hard to provide our customers with the best service and attention possible.
Do you provide installation service when purchased from you? Is it free?
Installation services and fees vary among different products and brands. Some products come with free installation, e.g. digital door/gate locks. For ceiling fans, not all but some brands (e.g. Spin) do provide installation services from the main distributors at charges depending on types of installation (see estimated prices below). You can choose from the available installation option (Yes/No) in this case. If installation service is not available for certain products or brands (e.g. Acorn and Rubine), you can still refer to our contacts for recommended installers in our FAQ to approach.

All the installation charges are estimated and may change or differ due to different circumstances, we are not liable for the difference. The amount in cash for installation should be paid separately from your online purchase, it has to be paid directly to the installer after installation. We will not be gaining any revenue from installation for the benefit of the installers and our customers.

$45-50 per piece on existing point and ceiling height not more than 3.2m, $85-$90 for above 3.2m but not more than 4.2m. False ceiling support $150 for ceiling height not more than 3.2m, $250 for above 3.2m but not more than 4.2m. Any new fan point $60-$80 using casing.

* For Huge fans (60″ and above): $180 per piece on existing point, but not more than 4.2m. False ceiling support $350, but not more than 4.2m.

EuropAce (by main distributor)
For Portable aircons - Sliding window: $60; Push out window: $90; Louver: $90; Top hunk: $120; Double window: $120; False ceiling: $150 (Exclude additional 1.5m hose); Extend sliding kit: $35; Additional hose: $42; Cut window grill: $40.

For Water heaters - Single Point Water Heater: New installation & replacement: $50; New installation without Heater switch and cable: $150; New installation using normal switch and cable (looping): $80. Multi-Point Water Heater: New installation/BTO flats with ready power point: $100; Replacement from storage tank heaters: $150 (storage tank is visible) or $170 (storage tank is above false ceiling). Existing Storage Tank to replace with 2 Single Point Heater: Removal of storage tank: $50; To provide power point for another bathroom: $150; Installation of heaters for 2 bathrooms: $100; To provide 2 way tap + piping for 2 bathrooms: $150.

For Built-in induction cooktop double hob - On Ready Cut-out Hole: $50; On HDB that needs to run wiring, etc.: $200 (max); On Private Property: Quote on site; Additional charges for undersize or oversize ready cut-out hole: $120+-.

For Built-in electric ovens - Installation charges usually incurred between $50 (basic) to $150 (drilling and amendment), depending on the complexity of the installation.

Tecno and Uno (by main distributor)
For Water heaters - Single Point Water Heater: New installation & replacement: $35. Other different or additional jobs will be quote on site by Tecno installer. Storage Water Heater: Installation charges usually incurred between $80 - $180, depending on the complexity of the installation.

For Built-in electric ovens - Installation charges usually incurred between $40 - $120, depending on the complexity of the installation.

For Portable aircons - Free normal installation (For Sliding Window only). Other installation types are charged at $80-$150 (Push out window) and will be quoted on site.

For Built-in hobs - Free basic installation includes: 1) Secure the hob with existing (suitable hole size) cut-out on worktop physically. 2) Connect electrical or/and copper pipes with gas hobs. 3) Test to ensure it works. Paid Installation is performed by professional who can alter your worktop if it doesn't fit the hob, with usual charges from $30 to $120 depending on the complexity of the installation. For more complicated and intensive jobs which require a lot of alternations, it will cost higher.

For hoods - Installation charges usually incurred between $30 - $120, depending on the complexity of the installation. For more complicated and intensive jobs which require a lot of time and effort, it will cost higher.

Kuche (by main distributor)
For Built-in electric ovens, hobs or hoods - Installation charge is from $150 onwards, depending on the complexity of the installation.

Ariston (by main distributor)
For Water heaters - Single Point Instant Water Heater: New installation & replacement: $60. Other different or additional jobs will be quote on site by Ariston installer. Storage Water Heater: Below 30L with existing heater point: $150 for non conceal, $200 for conceal with opening. Above 30L with existing heater point: $200 for non conceal, $280 for conceal with opening. All the above estimated costs are done without trucking, piping, wiring, cabling, etc. More complicated job will be charged accordingly by the installer.

Lightings, fans and water pipes (by private installers - Prices are estimated only)
$30 transportation fee + $10 per piece for downlights and ceiling lights on existing point.
$30 transportation fee + $20-$30 per piece for pendant lights and wall lights on existing point.
$30 transportation fee + $45-$50 per piece for ceiling fans on existing point.
False ceiling support $120-$150, and any new lighting or fan point $60-$80 using casing.
$30 transportation fee + $35 labour fee per normal replacement of water heater.
$30 transportation fee + $50 labour fee per kitchen sink.
Do you have contacts for any recommended light/ceiling fan/water pipe installers?
Yes but we can only recommend, we are unable to guarantee their availability and we are not responsible for their workmanship on your job. These installers have either done some jobs for us or our customers before with good feedbacks, however they are neither our staff nor related to us. The amount in cash for installation should be paid separately from your online purchase, it has to be paid directly to the installer after installation. Do you provide International delivery/shipping?
Our online website is mainly customised to Singapore delivery only. International delivery/shipping is currently unavailable unless you can arrange for your own pickup and delivery. However, we are not responsible for product loss or damage during the delivery process.
What should I do if my received item is not working or damaged?
We always ensure that all our items are in excellent condition and come with warranty to give our consumers confidence and peace of mind. Do feel free to contact us for any issues with your purchase.
Which digital lock is suitable for my home or can it be even installed on my door or gate?
We understand your concerns, and we recommend all our customers to send us some photos of their existing door/gate before or after they purchased from us. We will further advise them from there. If the digital lock does not fit your door/gate for any reasons, we will gladly offer you a full refund or no charge. Thus, for digital locks, door closers and viewers you can choose to pay by the $0 Payment till Work Completion option during checkout. This is to assure our customers that everything works before they pay. Customers are our first priority.
What if the battery of my digital lock goes flat? Will I be locked outside the house?
A low battery alert will appear to notify you that it is time to change the battery, it can last for about a week before it completely goes flat. Even if the battery goes flat, all digital locks do come with external battery terminals to allow you to power up the locks with a 9V battery. Exiting the house is never an issue as it does not need any power, password pin or fingerprint. For emergency, you can also call Yale 24 Hours Emergency Hotline (6880-0000).
What if your product runs out of stock?
Our website is updated regularly, however sometimes there would still be a delay from the time the last item is sold to the time the website is updated. In such case, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and sort out a possible solution. If you have already paid us, we will refund you in full.
Are your products all under warranty?
Yes, our products are all under warranty by us or the local distributors to give our consumers confidence and peace of mind. For example, the warranty period for our fans are usually 12 months from the date of delivery. Please note that the warranty does not cover the bulbs, or damaged items resulted from misuse, abuse, defective maintenance, normal wear & tear, corrosion, incorrect installation, and damage caused by third-party installers.

We reserve the right to repair the item, or replace with an item with one with similar cost value, or provide a refund for the item.
Do you have any customer testimonials?
